Task description: Hello everyone, welcome back to my blog!.  This task is about Apirana Ngata. It is for Maori language week. We had to read an Article about Apirana Ngata to find out the answers. I really enjoyed this task. Hope you like it, Bye!

                     Āpirana Ngata, of Ngāti Porou was born 3rd of July 1874 in Te Araroa on the East  

                    coast of New Zealand’s North Island.

3. Which Iwi was Apirana Ngata most connected to?

                 Ngāti Porou

4. What was he the first Maori person to do?

   Āpirana Ngata was the first Maori to graduate from University.

 Today we had a famous Rugby player at school. His  name was Sekope Kepu. He told us about his  career and how he became a famous Rugby player.

He  told us about when he was in lockdown and he said to Never Give up on your dreams.  He said he played in Australia  and New Zealand.

fiafia rehearsal

 Yesterday we had a Fiafia rehearsal. What We  did was Dancing and Clapping In the Cloud. It was raining   but the sun came up for the First Group to perform was the kapa haka on the stage and then it was the junior hip hop  groups  turn to danced  on the stage and it was cool but the samoa group dancing  Better Den the Tongan group dancing and it was Amazing. Then team 4 started to go back to class.
